The Women's Ministry of CFWBC exists to help the adult women of our church experience:
- Spiritual Growth and Renewal
- Meaningful relationships with other women
Titus 2:3-4 says, “…(older women) are to teach what is good, and so train the young women…”

We have had several Grace By Night get-togethers since the last update! Each time we get together we have a great time. Lots of food, laughter, and strengthening relationships between the ladies themselves and between the ladies and God.

Nothing can take the place of spending quality quiet time with God. Women are pulled in so many directions that we fail to take the time to be still. Be quiet. Be in the presence of the Lord, who loves us and wants to be a part of every aspect of our life. Jesus led a very busy life ministering to those around him and yet he took the time to "go away" to a quiet place to be with his Father.
There are so many online devotions that can help you focus on God. Some of our favorites are Nancy Leigh DeMoss, Sheila Walsh, and Joni Eareckson Tada. One Place is an amazing resource for devotions or podcasts or just listening directly to speakers who will uplift you.
Take the time to check these out. Once on a site, you can surf and discover lots more hope and encouragement.
We are about to finish our current study Discerning The Voice of God. What a great study. It seemed only natural to go from that to this next study, Becoming a Vessel God Can Use. God accomplishes extraordinary things through ordinary people who believe God can and will use them. Written in a ten-week study format, readers dig into Scripture, memorize it, and apply it to their lives individually or in groups. Discover new confidence and significance. Ladies participating in this study will meet in the conference room every Wednesday night at 7:00.
